As a motor trader, buying from another trader always feels a little strange to me - why are the selling it, is it as described, what am I going to find when I get there, when it goes on the ramp, let alone when you make a trip from Devon to collect with the car paid for relying on driving it back home. I got in touch with Tom last week about an XC70 he had listed on a trade forum, he answered all my questions in a straight forward and honest manner. I sent the money and a week later I sent my parents up to meet Tom and collect the car on the train. Tom collected them from the station, showed them the car ahead of them driving it back 350 faultless miles. The car is in superb condition, truly 1 owner and full Volvo history.
