What our customers say about us

Our Reviews

Used Tom and Rebecca to source and purchase my car, 11/10 customer service from start to finish. Very patient with all my questions and long spec list, can't fault them. Car was spotless with fresh service and MOT, ideal experience!
— Isabelle
Highly recommend TR Motors for excellent service. We are well pleased with our Dacia Duster, Tom and Becky took the sting out of second hand car hunting for us, offering a selection of quality cars with a 'no pressure' sales service with excellent back up and warranty. Many thanks guys!
— Philip
Couldn't ask for better people to buy a car from. Will definitely use again in the future. Very helpful, friendly and such a relaxed atmosphere. Never knew buying a car from someone could be so smooth and easy. Thanks guys 😊
— Lyndsay Winterbottom
I cannot thank Tom of TR Motors enough. After searching for a car, we came across a Volvo Tom had in stock. After asking if we could view it out of normal hours, he went out of his way to accommodate us, and what a pleasure it was. Tom is straight talking and honest about everything, his attention to detail is excellent, the car looked like brand new, and to top it off he even delivered it to our door. We have never had service like this when buying a new car. If you need a top quality used car, Tom is your man to contact. Thanks Tom, excellent service.
— Dean Howlett
Highly recommend! I feel very lucky to have found TR Motors when purchasing my first car. Tom and Becky are lovely genuine people who have made the process of buying a car incredibly straightforward with zero pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and Tom even kindly delivered the car to me a few days after viewing. A really fabulous business and my partner and I have no doubt that we will be returning back to TR Motors in the future whenever we choose to upgrade our car. 😊
— Holly
As a motor trader, buying from another trader always feels a little strange to me - why are the selling it, is it as described, what am I going to find when I get there, when it goes on the ramp, let alone when you make a trip from Devon to collect with the car paid for relying on driving it back home. I got in touch with Tom last week about an XC70 he had listed on a trade forum, he answered all my questions in a straight forward and honest manner. I sent the money and a week later I sent my parents up to meet Tom and collect the car on the train. Tom collected them from the station, showed them the car ahead of them driving it back 350 faultless miles. The car is in superb condition, truly 1 owner and full Volvo history. Just as described and a proper gem. Looking forward to putting some miles on it, and of course making it my own. Pleasure doing business.

A brilliant small business selling really good quality, honest value cars at very competative prices. Thanks Tom for your excellent trusted service- I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended. J. Richard Powell

Had a great buying experience, dealt with Tom when buying my car and he was very quick with replying to any questions I asked during the process, gave me plenty of time to sort out my finances and I never felt rushed. I got an absolutely competitive price, and highly recommend TR Motors.
— Josh Temperton
Fantastic service from Tom & his team today. They have a real good set up and as soon as I pulled up I knew it was exactly the type of place I would be happy buying a car from. Really flexible and top quality customer service. Very happy indeed. Cheers 👍🏻
— Jack
